Hey Mike my Resolution is to better script both my patter and actions. I want to get rid of the ums and ahs. I want to polish my movements even more.

Mike,

I love your podcast! You ROCK!

It is funny that you ask what my New Years resolution is. My girlfriend happened to ask me the same thing. She suggested that I give up lying. Well being a fellow magician, we all know that is not going to be possible so I met her half way and decided to vow to her that I will be more open with my feelings over the next year. I know, pretty cute huh?

Peace out,

Great podcasts. My resolution is to develop an educational show to work in schools and libraries to diversify my shows.

Mike,
My News Years resolution is to broaden my magical knowledge base. I have for the last couple of years focused on card effects and before that coin effects. I feel a good working understanding of mentalism and other aspects of magic would greatly enhance my performances, scripting and patter.

Hey Mike,
My New Year's Resolution is to keep in touch with my friends, clients and associates. I could have done so much more business just by keeping in touch with previous customers and associates. Best wishes for the New Years to you and all your listeners.

Hey Mike,
Magi-Ken here. You really want to hear my New Year's resolution? Well, OK, here it is -- the BIG one: I resolve to leave a mesage on Mike Giusti's Trick Talk MagiCast in a shamless attempt to WIN the Brian Geer's Knife through Coat trick from you and Hocus-Pocus.com BECAUSE it is one resolution I know I will keep just in making it here -- Oooh, "Making it here" -- "never done it that way before" -- to paraphrase and quote from one of the best.
Enjoy the podcasts. Keep it up.
Also, if anyone reading this does not listen to Mike on www.magicbroadcast.com on Tuesday nights -- now from 7 to 8 PM PST you are really missing more of the best Mike has to offer. So either get with it, or what's wrong with you?

Like Ethan said: I, Magi-Ken, have also inadvertently omitted my e-mail address -- (Yeah, Eathan didn't say it exactly that way, but it means the same thing.) Do you really need it for the entry? I mean, come on Mike, you HAVE my e-mail address and have forgotten it a thousand times already. OK, maybe not 1,000 -- but alot. So, just for completeness, here it is again: MagusKen@aol.com

Hey, do two entries mean Ethan and I get twice the chance of winning?

Perhaps I have to have the address WITH a resolution in the SAME post. Just in case. I resolve to always include all required information with every entry made to any contest this year. Especially Mike's Great Contests! WooHoo!

Your pal,
Magi-Ken

Hi Mike.

Ryan Price here. My resolution isn’t anything thrown out there. Mine is to perform 10% more shows and make 15% more money. It is all well and good to make resolutions but without having a way of monitoring and actually seeing success or failure there is no point. That is why I try to set goals that are within reach.

Like you I also want to become less of a hermit however being primarily a children’s entertainer suggests I shouldn’t be hitting up a club to often on Friday nights.

My resolution is to practice being a performance artist and get into the rhythm of timing rather than just being a guy doing tricks!

So put up your hooves, relax, plug your iPods in (preferably in your computer), and get ready to make a more educated decision before you purchase your next magic tricky-pooh!
